Doctors – General Practitioner & Diabetologist
Must have treated at least 6-15 Diabetic patients in the age group 35 – 45 Years in last 3 months.
Should be aligned with some Reputed Hospitals or should have their own clinic.
Patients
Type 2 Diabetes Patient diagnosed within six months to two years.
Patients’ Caregivers/Spouse
Caregivers/Spouse of patients diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes within six months to two years.
